Another day, another massive Brooklyn industrial plant sold to residential developers. Today, it's the Domino Sugar Plant in Williamsburg, hawked to C.P.C. Resources and Park Slope gentrifyer Isaac Katan. Like the industrial plant at 360 Furman Street sold by The Watchtower, the Domino plant is zoned commercial, but expect some arm twisting to change that. Ever the crazy dreamers, Gothamist hopes to see a museum in the space. A fine idea. Perhaps a shrine to, um, residential developers?
