Critic James S. Russell, in his penultimate ArtsJournal post, suggests a different reason why the Freedom Tower is ill-fated: the office space sucks. "I, the tenant, am supposed to pay top dollar for space that?s crummier than I can get in any suburb and in which I?m supposed to cram very highly paid people like cattle?" James, my man?those aren't people. They're investment bankers!
