Botched restaurant openings make our heart sing, so this morn we're indebted to Braden Keil. The Post reporter stalks the hallways of the Time Warner Center, checking out the still-unopened Cafe Gray, which recently hung up its "summer menu" in place of its "spring menu." All well and good, except that "the restaurant still needs an interior?and tables." When will it finally open? Says one worker, "It's anyone's guess." (For what little it's worth, the party line remains August.)
