The Regional Plan Association, the first respected group ("respected" = "business people with money") to come out against the Jets Stadium plan for Hudson Yards, has released a position paper on the area. In fact, the group would like to see new development in the West 30s ("development" = "money"), but not a stadium ("stadium" = "money for someone else"). Watching this play out should be fun!
