After doing a little research with REBNY this morning, it seems that pastryesq (the "seller" on Ebay) better check himself (herself) before they lose their license. Although the guidelines are a bit foggy, unless they are the owner of the property, they are treading on thin ice ethically and legally. REBNY does not fuck around.
