Great news for East Villagers tired of eating ramen noodles in cramped studio apartments?there's a new upscale ramen noodle restaurant on First Avenue?Momofuku Noodle Bar (163 First Ave @ 10th St). Meantime, never content to rest on his weird food laurels, WD-50 (50 Clinton St @ Stanton/Rivington) chef Wylie Dufresne has whipped up a new treat: "prosciutto-thin slices of calf's tongue accessorized with a schmear of tomato 'molasses' and 'fried mayonnaise.'" Mmmmmmeaty!
