Another new Douglas Elliman development, 260 Park Ave South (@ 20th/21st Sts), hit the web yesterday. Curbed's real estate spy reports:
The Elliman new development website describes a condo with 1-5 bedroom apartments ranging from 920 sqft to 7,100 sqft, priced between $750k and . Shaun Osher, the sales agent, has approximately 20 of the 1-2 bedroom apartments up on the web with three floorplan variations. One of the two bedroom apartments, listed at $1.725m, already has a signed contract. Two bedrooms start at $1.125m, which is the least expensive new 2 bed / 2 bath listing we've seen in a while. The building has a "fitness club" but lobby amenities (such as doorman or video security system) are not listed. By comparison, 280 Park Ave South (which has doorman and fitness club and rooftop pool and sundeck) has four 1 bedroom apartments currently for sale on Corcoran and Elliman starting at $785k (with combined monthlies are considerably less than 260).Elliman website text after the jump. You can't make this shit up.
