Cooper Union Goes Translucent

The remaking of the Astor Place area continues. Designed by Thom Mayne of wacky L.A.-based architecture outfit Morphosis, the project earns glowing praise from the NYT and Newsday architecture critics. Curbed's assessment to follow when we finish our coffee.
