Thinking about opening a bar in the East Village? Two established joints?Rififi on East 11th and C-Note on Avenue C?apparently are for sale. Tower Brokerage's site says Rififi's 2,000 sqft bar/lounge (with a new 10-year lease) can be yours for $320,000; C-Note's 1,000 sqft (and 9-year lease) is $210,000. Plenty of other choices, too.
