The saga of The Crest, the building at 63 Wall Street that has some residents up in arms, rages on. We've been trading emails with Citi Habitats marketing director Clifford Finn, who takes on Craigslist (!) as he offers his perspective on what he thinks is really going on down there:
First of all, thank you for your prompt response and interest in learning the other side to this story. Craig's List seems to have become an open anonymous forum for tenant gripes which were initially and primarily inspired by one tenant with a personal agenda and has since inspired a very small group of tenants who continue to post using multi-identities.
