Besides confirming that the ashtrays haven't been emptied, he spies items still up for grabs including a cool old fridge, room 721's bricks, and a pile of chairs. Separately, another intrepid Curbed reader notes that rooms at the hotel can be booked through January 31 at the bargain rate of $99/night.
