Like so many dominos... A Curbed correspondent reports from the Upper West Side, "Rumor has it that the Apple Bank building on west 73rd is being converted to condo lofts. The building's current tenants include Corcoran's west side office. A very credible source tells me that Corcoran has already begun scouting potential new west side office locations." Anyone got the scoop?
