The City seems to be doing a pretty good job these days with waterfront revitalization, but if you're keen to beat them at their own game (or just ensure that the area around the Javits Center remains an armpit), Pier 78 is up for grabs for a mere $10 million. Reports Lois Weiss, "There's not only enough room for your yacht, but several yachts, parking for BMWs and buses, a hotdog cart, a horsedrawn buggy and a restaurant or three."
