Have no fear: The Russians are here to save you and your thirsty car - in the form of that Lukoil, up the street just a block or two, with its snazzy facade of post-Soviet red and white - a roadside sight that's relatively new to our shores. They've started popping up in the past few years, ever since the company bought a Getty affiliate and started switching some over.
