Manhattan: Still Expensive

We all know NYC is an expensive place to call home, but it's nice to have management consultants come along every three months or so to prove it. The latest is a study showing Manhattan is the most expensive place to live in the United States, requiring $146,060 annually for a family of four to maintain some sort of "lifestyle"—with over $100,000 of that going to housing costs. If you squint, it almost makes your $4,000/month rent look like a deal.
