It's been a while since we've done a Broker Babble entry, but we'll always come back to it. Simply put, we just love shedding light on the literary stylings of our city's real estate pushers. This Craigslist listing?and yes, we know you should never look for anything even resembling English on Craigslist?for condos at 202 West 9th Street in Brooklyn jumped out at a reader, and with good reason:
COMING SOON LUXGARY CONDOS 1 BED ROOM SPLIT LEAVELS OUT DOOR SPACE 2 BEDROOMS OUT DOOR SPACE 3 BED ROOMOUT DOOR SPACE HARD WOOLD FLOORS STAINLEES STEEL APIC BALCONYS 15 YEAR TAX ABATED READY IN FEB 1 1/2 BLOCK TO TRAIN 12 MIN TO THE CITYThis one is particularly perplexing, if only because the "G" key is really nowhere near the "X" or "A." Clearly an intentional move, and one that we support. In fact, we're thinking about switching OUT DOOR SPACE to the "luxgary" OUT DOOR SPACE spelling OUT DOOR SPACE full time OUT DOOR SPACE. What do you OUT DOOR SPACE think?
