Eater Tastings: Barca 18, D'or Ahn, Spotted Pig & Zagat Fun

The week's goodness from Eater, the SLNY/Curbed restaurant blog...

1) Flatiron/Chelsea: Openings aplenty this week, including the former Park Avalon space on Park Avenue South made over in just a matter of weeks into Catalan tapas restaurant Barca 18. Will Eric Ripert and Stephen Hanson play nice together? On burgeoning Tenth Avenue in Chelsea, it's sleek Korean food at D'or Ahn.
2) West Village: After a longer makeover than anyone expected, The Spotted Pig reopens this weekend. We think.
3) Queens: Chowhounders continue to lose their minds over Mina, the niche Queen of celebrity chefs.
4) Analyzing the winners and losers in the 2006 Zagat sweepstakes.
