505 Court's PR Campaign: We're Fancy

All has been quiet surrounding the goings-on at 505 Court St. in Carroll Gardens, the condo conversion project that current residents no likey. But if it's up to the developers of SoFo's lodging ground for real people, that's all about to change. Seems like they're angling for a publicity blitz, which we'll take as a sign that maybe things aren't going so well. Have a look at this e-mail making the rounds:

I represent a project be the name of Court Street Lofts in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. This is not only the tallest building in the area, but is currently the only full-service building in Carroll Gardens and is helping to usher in a new, Manhattan-caliber standard of living to this historic enclave. I'm hoping you find the property of interest to your readers and would consider a feature on it in an upcoming issue of your publication. For those who move to Carroll Gardens to get a taste of Manhattan living, we salute you. Needless to say, this e-mail was not directly sent to us, so in lieu of a feature on 505 Court, expect more bitching from people who are getting screwed.
