All has been quiet surrounding the goings-on at 505 Court St. in Carroll Gardens, the condo conversion project that current residents no likey. But if it's up to the developers of SoFo's lodging ground for real people, that's all about to change. Seems like they're angling for a publicity blitz, which we'll take as a sign that maybe things aren't going so well. Have a look at this e-mail making the rounds:
