Rounding out what has become ViVa/West Harlem week on Curbed, here's a look at the West Harlem redevelopment Master Plan. (Created by W Architecture; alas, the architects' own site is short on details but does offer this catchy slogan: "We find clarity in the complexity of the city.") Notes a Curbed reader, "Yes, foot traffic is pretty low now. But see the NYC Economic Development Corp's Master Plan and who knows maybe Jersey Ferries may start arriving soon, or at least Jersey kayaks. And it looks like the first phase of the Master Plan is actually funded and awarded."
