Apartments Exchanged for Condos at 25 Broad Street?

When downtown developer Swig Equities bought The Exchange building at 25 Broad Street in September for over $200 million, they declined to say whether the landmarked former office building?converted to 346 residential rental units in 1997?would be switched to condos. Well, it appears we now have an answer. A source sends word that he just received a package from Swig with a notice announcing their intention to convert The Exchange from apartments to condominiums, at a total offering price of $432 million for the 346 units. The Swig Equities website has a 25 Broad St. page, with no information about availabilities listed just yet. Patience. [25 Broad Street photo courtesy of The Real Deal]
