In the West Village, on Hudson Street, comes this floor-through apartment with a special provenance. A Curbed reader writes, "Went to an open house today, apparently belongs to Danish supermodel Helena Chirstensen. Broker said owner had moved to California already. There were a few pictures and a closet full of clothes, otherwise an empty apartment." Studying the floorplan, the closets look relatively meagre for a supermodel, but perhaps the dining room was used for clothes storage. Top-floor, 1900sqft "triple mint" (natch), asking $2.45 million, with another open house this coming Sunday if you'd like to catch a glimpse.

RELATED: Among the open house comments posted in yesterday's thread:
1) "Overheard frequently at various open houses was the question "will the board mind that my mother is buying this apartment for me to live in?" which is really depressing for those of us actually using our own paychecks..."
2) "I think he priced it so that his mug on this ad would be right next to the Greenwich street loft when you search nytimes.com. I will wait to see your price drop column on this one."
3) "Went to an open house in Soho this weekend. The broker didn't bother to show up. Now, that's service. Not a total loss. This gave me time for more drinking."
