On the Market: Park Slope Glory for $7.5 Million

Jonathan Safran Foer, eat your heart out. Brownstoner reports that the townhouse at 45 Montgomery Place in Park Slope has just hit the market with a record asking price for the nabe: $7.5 million. (Foer's Park Slope pad, by comparison, cost the husband/wife writerly team $6.2 million $5.75 million, down from an asking price of $6.75m.) Notes a commenter, "Funny that it has such a small kitchen—but I guess when you're that rich you don't do the cooking yourself."
