If you thought the Bronx were bubble-proof, think again. (Seriously, nobody thought that, did they?) Braden Keil sweeps the outer boroughs -- and Jersey and Connecticut, for good measure -- and finds nary a hot market. Things look particularly bleak in the Bronx and Putnam County, where the median sales price for a stand-alone residence fell 16.6% from August to the end of September and sales dipped 27%.
