Double-Height Lobby, Fireplace at Mile 22 in Harlem

We were huffing and puffing our way through Mile 22 of the marathon yesterday (not really) when we spotted a new development going up at a prime location along the race course. It's 2002 Fifth Avenue at the top of Marcus Garvey Park (aka Mt. Morris) on West 124th St. Looks to be a seven-story, 24-unit condo building, with prices starting at $405,000. Perhaps by next fall, marathon fans will be gawking at a "two-story glass facade" and "double-height lobby space ... complete with a spectacular fireplace." The building is right next to the Harlem branch library, and an '03 Times piece has it that the site was used as a bus terminal in a past life. Try as we might, we couldn't find any renderings of this puppy - only that vaguely New-Year's-Eve-ish logo.
