Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Willis Buys Downtown

1) Bruce Willis sold his massive never-lived-in Trump Tower duplex last summer for around $14.5 million, and now the actor is purchasing a $10 million single-floor penthouse at the Cipriani Residences?formerly the Regent?at 55 Wall Street. Amenities include those good Cipriani eats, three private dining rooms, a private cinema, a 20,000-volume library, a concierge staff and a chauffeured Rolls-Royce limo. And, according to this listing and shown at right, a hair salon/barbershop. Willis is currently renting near Central Park for a whopping $60,000/month. [Braden Keil/Gimme Shelter]
2) Over on the West Village's Bedford Street, Drew Barrymore has scooped up a cozy three-bedroom townhouse for $2.5 million. If you'd like to see it, you should click here. Quite the charming little roof deck, no? Little known fact: Barrymore's boyfriend and mom both live on East 13th Street. Not together, we assume. [S.Jhoanna Robledo/NYMag]
3) After taking a pass on the $50 million Duke Semans mansion, the craptacular Lenny Kravitz is bidding on the 51st floor, nine-room Trump International apartment currently being rented by Elie Tahari, who just bought Rupert Murdoch's $28 million Soho loft. The Trump apartment has a $22 million asking price. OK, we'll ask it: How is Lenny Kravitz so friggin' rich? [Braden Keil/Gimme Shelter]
