Yesterday, we noted HotelChatter's predictions for 2006 hotel openings in NYC. Today, NewYorkology steps up with notes on a slew of upcoming openings—including, incredibly, the rumored debut of Lower East Side hotel Blue Moon—slated to open at the end of this week.
As we've been tracking the non-opening of this hotel since before Curbed's launch in May 2004—including its ill-fated attempted sale for $20 million—we rate this a seminal moment for our little website, and will now retire to enjoy a four-martini lunch. Naturally, we invite you to do the same.
