After several months in quasi-stealth development, the NYT's national real estate blog, The Walk-Through, launched yesterday. Do stop by and greet editor Damon Darlin and peeps; over/under on the first Joyce Cohen post has been set at Thursday. Meantime, another recently launched blog just brought to our attention is also worth a look: UrbanDigs, written by Citi-Habitats broker Noah Rosenblatt and a few of his colleagues. Prose is a bit purple thus far—"a new development in the much sought after neighborhood of Greenwich Village"—but hey, in this market, a little hype from the broker side is forgivable.
