[All hail the return of the Curbed Three-Pack! Easy to carry, and nary a trans-fat in sight. Now in three mouthwatering flavors: rentals, sales, and open houses. Each week, in each edition, we'll feature three properties with something in common, be it price range, location, number of rooms, hipness factor ... We'll hit the highlights and you can hash it out amongst yourselves. As always, suggestions of properties to feature are welcome at tips@curbed.com.]

Today, in honor of the Times' dizzyingly comprehensive wrap-up of High Line development, we link three similarly priced rentals a stone's throw from the soon-to-be grasslands of west Chelsea. Get out those binoculars.

How much: $2495/month
Northern exposure. Walk-in closet. Galley kitchen. Washer/dryer. In the building: 24hr doorman, gym, rooftop terrace and "David Rockwell-designed lobby," lest you think a place that shares a name with Britain's famous art galleries not get that sort of thing right.

What/where: Two-bedroom walk-up "right by the High Line Train Tracks"
