Damn, how we love this microneighborhood. Couldn't find the place seen above on Massey/Knakal's website, but 85 South Street is listed there thusly: "On the ground floor is a vacant commercial space (6,300SF); the upper 7 floors contain 21 apartments. The site is perfect for a condo conversion or a larger development. Asking Price: $22,850,000."
