If this is the first bit of media you digest this morning, then gosh, you are pretty obsessed with New York real estate now, aren't you? If it's not, then you've probably already heard the big local news around here: As of 3 a.m. this morning, a massive ape started climbing up the Empire State Building! No word on how long he plans to stay there, but in the meantime, all the MTA-run subways and buses aren't running either, so good luck getting to work if you have to, welcome in from 23-degree gridlock hell if you've already made it, or thank your lucky laptops you can work from home. We'll do our best to keep the homefires burning here.
