We've mentioned East Harlem development Senneca Terrace before, but never given it a hard look. Designed by architect Karl Fischer, the exterior doesn't dazzle us, but the interiors look good, notably the 1,150 square foot penthouse that's on the market for $839,000 (the other penthouse is in contract, per Corcoran's website). 1BRs and 2BRs also available; whispers on the street say the prices are "very negotiable."
