The Curbed Awards 2005 (Part I Addendum)

Part II of the Curbed Awards 2005 drops any second, but before that, it has been brought to our attention that Curbed's Broker of the Year, Michael Shvo, made a special appearance in the NYT yesterday. Well, sort of:

Mark Shvo, the president of Shvo Marketing, which handles several condominium and co-op buildings in New York, pointed to a glut of new high-end buildings in the city. "Not only are the clients savvy, there is much more out there on the market," he said. "That means we have to stay three steps ahead."Don't let the fame go to your head, Mark.
