Last week, after we showed off renderings of André Balazs' residential development One Kenmare Square (aka 210 Lafayette Street), Page 6 ran an item reporting that the curvy billboard Balazs erected in front of the building had set off a frenzy among potential buyers. For your enjoyment, a Curbed correspondent snapped the above pic of the ad. (After the jump, more shots of the place.)

In related One Kenmare news, another Curbed correspondent analyzes the condo prices posted on broker Andrew Anderson's page on the Elliman website. Writes our scribe, "Prices range from a $2.6 million 2BR to a bargain $575K for a 446 sqft studio. Over half a million dollars for a studio?!? For $475K you can get nearly twice the space, a bedroom and a balcony with a view in the Seward Park co-ops. No undulation, though."
