We've chronicled the fall and rise of The Crest, the downtown rental building at 63 Wall Street. These days, with most of the building's problems seemingly resolved, we're feeling sorry for Crest management, which now wades into the tenants' web message board to respond to complaints. When one tenant rants ("I just DONT like living here.... is there any way to get out?????"), management responds by posting anonymous reviews that point out flaws in other neighborhood residences ("I think the strip club and the adult store up the street add a little character."). Genius!
