Sean Connery has sent in the rats against his fellow Upper East Side townhouse residents?or so says a neighbor who's suing him for being a nasty neighbor. Connery occupies the top two floors of a six-story townhouse on East 71st Street, where renovations begun in September 2001 are drawing in the vermin and driving the lower-floor residents mad. And, Newsday reports, Connery also harassed his neighbors "by playing loud music at all hours and stomping about." Good old New York City, the World's Second Home.
