The sold properties column of the NYT reports that Harlem broker Willie Suggs has sold the four-story brownstone at 24 Hamilton Terrace for almost $2 million ($1.925 million, to be exact). A Curbed reader runs the numbers: "Hamilton Terrace is possibly the nicest block in Harlem. On the other hand, this building is only 16 feet wide (with the extension, you have a total 3,840 square feet). It comes out to $501 per square foot."
