The future of Soho's famed vertical sculpture, The Wall, remains hazy after its day in court. The judge in the case of Condo Owners for Billboard Advertising v. Quirky Artist has requested more documents from each side, delaying a decision on whether The Wall must be restored to its perch high above Houston until at least next month. The artist, Forrest ?Frosty? Myers, ain't happy: "It?s just horrible that this thing will go on for another month. It was terribly disheartening." Not a man prone to understatement, our Frosty.
