The owners of P.J. Hanley's, a 131-year-old bar in Carroll Gardens, doubt that their watering hole is going to live to see 132. Thanks to the BoCoCafication of the 'hood, they say old-time establishments like theirs have no other option but to sell. "I want it to stay a bar," co-owner Kim Esposito told Newsday. "But if a bank came along and wanted the whole corner and gave me good money, what am I going to do? Everybody else sold out. I'm not making money. Everybody else is." Please, let it be a Chase! We can never find a cash machine on our way to Frankies 457.
