Classic Sixes and Other Lost Gems

We've been touring the stacks of the New York Public Library's new Digital Gallery on the recommendation of design blog Unbeige and several savvy Curbed readers. Among the finds are a collection of "ground plans of the principal high class apartment houses in New York City" (above), part of the Classic Six collection, and a crazy-detailed photo documentation of every street of downtown NYC from the late 1990's (the pre-BlueJake era).
