This week, New York magazine takes a turn, examining the lust for brand-name seven-figure no-bedrooms. Says interior designer Alex Fradkoff, who bought a box at 165 Charles (where one studio sold for a record $1.425 million last month?must've been those bathroom doors), ?The space itself was so exciting I forgot it was a studio."
