In Prospect Heights, Size Does Matter

Quick update on the controversy surrounding Richard Meier's magic beanstalk of a luxury condominuim building on Grand Army Plaza in Prospect Heights. It seems that the Times' take, 30 stories (as opposed to the announced 16-18), might indeed have been an error. A guest in the Daily Heights forums explains:

The NYTimes has confirmed that the mention of the proposed Richard Meier building at Eastern Parkway and Plaza Streets is NOT in fact 30 stories. They were working from old info and will run a correction shortly. The building will be 150 feet tall, and roughly 16-18 stories.
Rest easy, irate neighbors: the sun will come out tomorrow. But watch out for those dreaded shadows.
