A report of curious Murray Hill construction from a Curbed reader:
I was riding up Third Avenue on the bus today and noticed a bizarre sort of "sliver" building going up at 400 Third Avenue near 29th street. The odd thing about it is that one side is built right up against a neighboring highrise while the other side towers over the lower buildings to the left. The width of the building accommodates two sets of windows so i'm estimating it may be about 25 ft. wide. A dumbass looking structure if there ever was one!Ah, the bluntness of the e-mailed architecture review. Is there anything more glorious?
