Saving Westhampton's Twin Peaks

Architect Andrew Geller's 1959 creation for the Pearlroth family in Westhampton, the home known affectionately as "the bra" or the "square brassiere," is being threatened with extinction. No worries, though, because there's a campaign underway to save this relic of a pre-White Party Hamptons, and the goal is within reach. A tipster informs us that there is a plan to restore the house to its original perkiness, and the town of Southampton has offered a space for relocation. The price tag on the whole shebang is $40,000, with a May 15th deadline--either that, or the place gets it. Surely more is spent on escargot in one night at Almond.
