One Prospect Park AKA 'The Fourth One'

More details are emerging about the Richard Meier tower planned for the edge of Prospect Park, and it's becoming clearer that Meier's claim that the building "will not be luxury" was just something architects say when they're about to plop a huge glass tower in the middle of old Brooklyn. The building's developers told the Post's Lois Weiss that they have Perry St. on the brain. "We expect it will be similar," Mario Procida said. "Being the fourth one, it will be even better." Uh, let's hope so.

Meanwhile, a reminder that One Prospect Park is not to be confused with One Prospect Park West, which is of course a home for seniors. We smell a lawsuit! [photo via Wired New York]
