A Brooklyn court has finally made official what we've all known for months now: No man, woman, or child can stop the conversion of Red Hook into one giant condominium. Yesterday, the appellate court tossed out a suit from the local chamber of commerce that had stalled construction at 160 Imlay St. Now that the floodgates are open, the locals are predicting chaos in the form of small tickets with numbers on them. "There will be a lot of people with cars and valet parking," says C of C President Tom Russo. "It will become an upscale suburban-urban atmosphere."
