Harlem Renaissance Update: Fancy Foods Cometh

Continuing Curbed's take-no-prisoners coverage of Manhattan's grocery wars, The Corner Table reveals that the battle is joined uptown:

Up on 125th Street, the seafood specialists at Citarella are opening a new location next week in Harlem, bringing their total to seven outlets (two in the Hamptons and four in NYC). The 5,000-square-foot, full-service gourmet market will feature meats, seafood, produce, and pastries, and will be open seven days a week. If that's not a sign of a new Harlem renaissance, I don't know what is.
