Harlem Townhouse, Aftter The Fall: "Open-Air Charm!"

Hey, regarding that Harlem Renaissance? One caveat. Those townhouse shells? Sometimes they, uh, kinda fall down, as just happened on West 126th Street. A Curbed correspondent submits possible agent descriptions of the newly airy building:

"Living space has open-air terrace perfect for entertaining."
"Rustic charm, appropriate for nature lovers."
"Not pre-war, this house is mid-war: very unique."
"With this house sky's literally the limit!"

"A perfect example of mid-20th century Dresden architecture."After the jump, a photograph of some rather nice cars that happened to get in the way of the townhouse's fall. Hey, it's Friday morning before a long weekend: treat yourself!
