Perfect Spot for Cab Stand or Large Slice of Pizza

Inspired by yesterday's millions per acre debate, a Curbed reader tips us off to this listing, where nobody's building up, or even with four walls. He writes, "So this TRIANGULAR site of 54 square feet ((9 X 12)/2) is selling for $350,000. Which means you would pay $6481.48 per square foot of ground area. With an FAR of 3.44, this means you would pay $1884.15 per square foot of buildable floor area. Finally, this gives us a per-buildable acre cost of $82.7 million. But the seller is including a fancy roll-up door and masonry facade, so this should practically sell itself."
