It's been a while since we fixed our gaze upon 115 Allen Street (we blame the fancy new digs and flashy new signage for distracting us), but no longer will we neglect this little luxury loft conversion tucked into a corner of the "Park Avenue for Plain People." When last we left the former Curbed building of the day, some were questioning the pre-opening asking prices. But we're not here to bicker over math. Nope, we're just here to point out that the penthouse looks like a gigantic Tetris piece.
