WSJ columnist Jonathan Clements sounded the bubble alarm this weekend, ominously suggesting, "It'll end in tears." Eesh. Instead of tissues, he offers seven harsh truths about residential real estate, including "real estate doesn't always go up" and "mortgage debt has to be repaid." Huh. Might we suggest truth #8? Journalists never get rich off of real estate. Get out there and get leveraged!
